J.P. Haynes is the brainchild behind the brand of all things Infecting Change and the visionary at the helm of that culture. The Chairman & CEO of IC Global and founder of subsidiaries such as IC Productions, ICTV, Inc., and IC Theatre Co., J.P. has a vision for further development of new divisions of the IC brand such as ICTV Studios, LLC., IC Broadway, IC Games, IC Animation and BlaXperience Media, LLC.. J.P. is no stranger to theatre, film or television and is the enterprise behind the Infecting Change brand and the trailblazer of the media empire that's currently under construction. Jana has stood behind the curtain and the lens of independent artistry profiting her with an unalloyed, sobering comprehension of the grit behind the glam. J.P. capitalized on her national success with Selma the Musical by transforming her musical theatre masterpiece into a 4-episode miniseries for television.
J.P. is currently working alongside Director, Schele Williams on the Broadway Revival of The Wiz, currently on their pre-Broadway tour before their March 29, 2024 Broadway debut at the Marquis Theatre. J.P. also recently had a successful stint with The Color Purple Musical as the Assistant Director which debuted with City Springs Theatre Company, Atlanta's home for professional musical theatre in May 2022. The Color Purple is based on Alice Walker's Pulitzer Prize-winning novel and the Warner Bros./Amblin Entertainment motion picture.
J.P. strives to model her life, leadership and work around two key phrases, "Our primary purpose in life is to help others and if we can't help them, at least don't hurt them," a quote credited to Dalai Lama XIV and "Make sure the light that's shining in you is always greater than the light that's shining on you." For J.P., Infecting Change is not just a name or brand. It's her life's work. It is her light.
